Manjira is a small percussion instrument that is commonly used in Indian devotional and folk music. It is also known as cymbals or handbells in English. The Manjira is made of two small metal plates that are struck together to produce a rhythmic jingling sound. It is often used as an accompaniment to other instruments such as the tabla, harmonium, and sitar, and is an important part of many Indian classical and folk music performances.

Emotion is only in the mind. You are neither happy nor sad, but beyond both of them. When you can watch the emotions and not become emotional, then you can decide with a rational mind what to do. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita to remain balanced and watch these emotions come and go.
